Some did sign up, I thought about it but had to look up the information they talked about to see if it was backed up by any other source besides them.What I took from this was, be peppy salesmen and fish till you hook one.

There's no one size fits all approach to real estate investing and depending on your resources, skill set, and capabilities you may excel in one particular market or utilizing a specific strategy whereas another investor will excel using a different approach.  

**I'm wondering specifically about:- Cost to furnish - do you work with an assumption based on the number of bedrooms? 

But I'm almost exclusively sourcing them off-market.
