Public perception!

I am allowed to have my own opinion and perception, right?

Most landlords that I have ever met have a very bad perception of property management.

If we are going to argue that societal standards are small-business killers, you can lump everything in there from prohibiting child labor to banning discrimination. 

My perception is that building of multi family is high right now. 

So its just buyer perception.. and your dead on right.. when buyers compare websites they tend to focus on the bottom line number and not really dig into anything else.So you has a vendor who is going to be full disclosure trying to compete with a vendor that is excluding the variable expenses and human nature is the buyer focus's on the larger return and thinks those are better deals.Now I have never been a turn key company but I have owned hundreds of these assets in pretty much every market in the mid west from IL to FLA and everywhere in between..

A few thoughts:You are going to be in that car hopefully for a TON of miles per year, get something you are comfortable in...IE you don't want to buy the cheapest office chair out there if you are at your desk 8hrs a day.Initial perception is HUGE in sales.

And here is the "price" we all must pay for unlimited cheap labor over the last 40 years; instead of factories producing, green, long lasting, efficient, modular housing that would probably cost about as much as a honda accord, we are stuck with a perception that site built is better, preferable, the only attractive option, because we have been able to take advantage of immigrant workers to create an unsustainable system that does not value the cost efficiencies granted every other mass produced product.

Ok, so we can make some pretty safe assumptions of interdicting actions upcoming in housing "world", and it's safe to say it will be to influence at least a perception of "affordability" which naturally INCREASES volume movement right.     

As far as you being rude, that is really a matter of perception.
