We all lead very busy lives and if this is not a capability of the Marketplace forum and I have to manually go through pages and pages of posts in the Marketplace to find somebody's "haves" to my "needs" in the area that pertains to me, then it needed to be added...like yesterday.

Personally I have a grace period until the 5th at which point a $50 late fee is added and a 3 day pay or quit notice is posted.If the tenant is a good tenant is and capable of paying then why not move the due date to a day the tenant can handle?

I really doubt they are going to follow the latter path as they would not be capable of supporting their position, but, then again, I wouldn't waste the time and money to take them to court if they did.

Google drive has better internal search capabilities too.Dropbox's advantage is it's is a little easier to use due to it's layout.
