I would say that, and wanting the cash out of one deal to roll into another deal are the two biggest ones we see.

Matt Popilek my agent says there are two other back up offers behind mine but they don’t have the rent rolls and P/L from 2016,2017,2018.

Meaning after opening the LOC for 10 years it will cease to be a LOC.

If you decide to go this route keep in mind that this would be 5-year loan so the payments would be pretty high.If your 401k is with the past employer - you might be able to roll it over into self-directed IRA.

I've sold several of mine as I was looking to roll into larger projects or multis.
