Most of the greatest leaders you can think of didn't tell anyone how to do anything, they inspired them to do what they already knew how to do.

Which branch do most leaders that break off emerge from your experience?

I'm by no means a leader but if your looking to give out money I'm sure you'll find a TON of people who would want to take it.
