Bringing in water from the opposite side of the property took a lot of time and cash to complete, and some of the ADU regulations were more restrictive than I anticipated, although many of those have since been relaxed.

You are relaxed but ready at all times.When your life is on the line you can't think about being paralyzed if you are cut or wounded, shot etc.

I've run models to assess the outcomes of certain moves (like buying, selling, refi'ing, rehabbing), and sometimes those models have revealed that the best course of action was to do none of those moves, and instead simply sit still and relax...So again, for me, creating projection models is more about gaining a better understanding of where my portfolio sits, and the outcomes that could occur in the future--not necessarily about trying to make a perfect prediction of the future.

Consider adding soft, comfortable throws and pillows to seating areas to enhance the feeling of comfort and relaxation.

I’m not saying it doesn’t occur with more relaxed bank rules lately due to cheap money.
