Would not be on my list64134 This is a pretty large geographic area and includes some decent areas north of Highway 470 but it also includes the Ruskin Heights neighborhood south of 470 which is one of the roughest areas outside of the 435 look.

Your rent to value ratio if purchased near your initial offer and the rents are accurate will be outstanding for CA. 

Is there a college nearby, how far is the super market away, how far is the nearest big city, and is there a highway near by.
