@Michael OharaAgree Westside has a consistent momentum however east side is slowly developing some great infrastructure Jobs corridor by Cleveland clinic., bars and some great apartment living by case, and most desperately needed is the development of opportunity corridor Where’s Johnh31 turning around whole streets 😁Someone could make huuuuge money one by buying cheap.... but you gotta have deep pockets and a great team!!!

Please share your experience in detail and provide a solution (if applicable).Hmmm, I've made my fair share of mistakes. i'd say the biggest was not moving forward and continuing looking for deals when i had the momentum. what i'd do is go shopping, spend the money after each wholesale, then have to go do another deal after the pipeline dried up.That and not having a system i followed religiously.

After several years of kicking the tires around here, reading books, walking properties, analyzing deals, and basically becoming the perfect walking example of "paralysis by analysis," I'm resolved to make 2019 the year I roll up my sleeves (or roll them up a little farther, I guess) and really get started in REI.To ensure I keep positive momentum toward my goals, I'm looking to hook up with a local accountability group - or start one, if necessary.
