The motor is out in our rental washing machine, to save us the back and forth we are leaning towards replacing the entire unit but in the mean time do leave it up to our tenant to figure out how to wash her clothes, do we reimburse her for money spent at laundry mat?

After I purchased the property, I found the solar hot water system was super hokey, had two electric pumps with frozen motors and the system did not produce any hot water.

Renovated the entire home inside and out, took out pantry to open living and kitchen space, added an island, updated kitchen, mounted TV, took all carpet and kitchen floor and replaced with padded LVP, also took carpet off step and install stair caps, also took all carpet out from upstairs hallway and the three bedrooms and add LVP.

It always happens that the number of listings gained out pace the number of buys simply because the vast majority of people are going to sell traditionally.If you aren't up to outsourcing or mounting your own campaign, you could always work out an arrangement with local wholesalers who talk to a larger number of people who want to sell, as opposed to "needing" to sell.
