Hello I have been a Real Estate Agent in Maryland for one year and 7 closing

How to Realtors make a living seems hard what can I do to grow my business and more clients? Seems like my career is getting slower and slower

I need help or ideas on how to get more business/clinets I have tried social marketing (maybe I did it wrong), door to door, told everyone in the world that I know, car advertising, yard signs, know about to do post cards

Great answers above. What you are doing is saying you tried doing things that are obvious or easy that never work. Do you wake up every morning and look at all of the deals that closed in your county yesterday? Do you go on the MLS and look at all the new listings in your county every day? Where are you "trying" to get clients? Have you looked into real estate teams in your area? A huge mistake unsuccessful agents make is saying they don't the double split of a team. But they forget that a team has daily training and accountability and leads so the same agent is calculating a single split vs. double split on 0 and anything times 0 is still 0.
