It takes time to get rid of the dogs, cars on cinderblocks, couches (and appliances) on the porch, and get people making an actual effort to maintain their property.Are they growing marijuana as a decorative plant in your park yet?

He rented the three other units, a spare bedroom in his apartment, and he even rented out his primary bedroom as an AirBnB and slept on the couch to maximize his return.

you wouldn't even know, he's just going to be chilling on his couch and now your property is tied up and you can't fire him or kick him out.

Besides a little sprint, this dog is a pure couch potato.

They provide you with a dream but when reality slaps you in the face it's a whole different ballgame.The thing is that they also claim their system is so automated that all you do is sit on your butt on the couch and watch soap operas while the system does all the work and you just collect the paychecks that come at you in waves yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah right :roll:

If it is not otherwise strong, failing to provide 5 years rental history, regardless of whether you were paying rent or couch surfing, is a reason to put it back on them to provide before you can proceed.

I'm doing black in my rentals, used fridges & stoves from Craigslist, new mics & dishwashers ( not much of a discount on used ones).

Go figure.Had a tenant a long time ago claim her door got "kicked in" because she didn't pay her rent on her couch and they came and repo'd it.
