ie - Divorce, bankruptcy, etc.I was thinking of launching an internet marketing campaign but I wanted to measure the pulse of the wholesaling community to see if its worth it.The cost of the probate leads is minimal because I get the leads and do the mailings myself.The bandit signs get pricey but pay for them selves 10 times over with one deal.I'm looking for a cost effective way to drive more leads into my pipeline so I can increase my deal flow.

For your first deals, go with a cosmetic fixer needing cleaning, paint, new lighting fixtures, faucets, and appliances would probably be the extent of what you should try, (have flooring measured and installed by sub, and any gas appliances!)

The common thread to all of these projects are that there in locations well-suited for commuting and are aimed at the higher-end or luxury demographic.In my opinion, with interest rates low, I think it can be a good time to build if you have a good location and demographic.I am personally looking into new construction opportunities and in the process of putting a JV together.
