Sound like guilty white liberals that is so pc to believe what you see even though you saw it everyday. 

My guess would be too, that when this issue is not addressed by state law, how it washes out may lean toward lenders in conservative business minded states and toward borrowers in more consumer minded liberal states, that's a guess.

You need to keep at it and continue to strike quickly when a good deal comes along but please use the correct numbers and be very liberal when it comes to vacancy rates and repairs.

I just bought one with 10% down and that's up here in Canada where we don't have the liberal lenders like you have down there in the US.

And they don't give me a list of definitions to go memorize, they show me exactly how the business world works, what i need to learn, and what it takes to be successful.All that being said, I do see the value in a 4 yr education, especially the first two years of liberal arts classes.

Its also my understanding there are only a couple of times a year when these are handed out.If she doesn't have enough income to qualify for the 2.5 times criteria (pretty liberal, IMHO), she's going to struggle to pay the rent.
