I just went through this very question with my underwriting staff and there are some interesting answers that came up.

I think your attorney is right regarding the strength of your case, but keep in mind the County has a lot more money than you, and attorneys on staff.

Some GC's have architects on staff, others will work w/ the architect you choose.I'll send you a PM w/ architects we've used in the past.

This will not be the last, as you know, but, as the network is hardened it will be better prepared to readily fend off future attacks.You have credible support staff and vendors to help resolve this issue, so we are not worried, it's only annoying.These hackers/pests will not go away unfortunately and have nothing significant to add to the betterment of mankind other than misery.

They might even have someone on staff that can draw up the needed plans but I would not pay for it if the plans need an engineer's stamp.

Or talk to an appraiser for an impartial opinion.

If you had a larger property management company, they might have someone on staff to do this work.  

Has anyone used a mystery shopping company to find out how well your staff is perceived by others?
