I have all my fingers and toes crossed that she will get a job as a teacher at the beginning of the new school year.

I'm currently living with the folks so I can save money and hopefully (fingers crossed!)

I did this for a few reasons, first of all I had most of the supplies besides the stamps ($46) and Envelopes ($18.21) so I was able to save a bit of money not printing them but lost a ton of time and my fingers hurt from holding the pen hahaha.

I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the number of times this very issue has been talked about on BP.

So basically they are pointing fingers at each other.

Unfortunately, I was too slow on pulling the trigger last week and let a great property slip though my fingers.
