My partner and I have decided to syndicate them and we are Green AF at syndications, but all signs point to us being able to get the raise through our network of friends, family, and ex lovers.  

In fact, I thought stone countertops would look out of place because the rest of the house is very modest (simple but charming in an 1830 kind of way!).

I LOVE renting to long-term health care workers, and actively work to find new people in the field to place in my properties.
