My simple formula is to count warm bodies.

People can have a wonderful "online" persona, but you can see their body language, guage their tone, and see if they can answer questions without googling it first before posting a response.

Most documents can now be signed online or scanned emails/faxed.  

I am scanning the leftovers on GNIAR, Zillow and Trulia.

I let a live body do them, and he's done a great job so far. 

Looking at buying there due to competition on MLS and direct mail.Have done a lot of research on this already, but what I'm told is in MD they are required to disclose both in the legal notice and at the actual auction itself if you're bidding on a 1st position or 2nd, 3rd, etc position lien/mortgage.I've scanned through the ads in MD but I don't seem to see where in the ad it discloses the position of the mortgage.  

If you have a stack of paperwork to scan that has information on both sides, it will scan both sides without you having to turn them over.  

It's difficult to convey the nuances of conversation in print, since tone of voice and body language drastically change the meaning of what we say.
