I do want to make very clear that I value her thoughts in this and understand the necessary privacy she’s requesting, all while at the same time contemplate the power of leveraging OPM for such a large purchase and potential future endeavors.

However I must admit I also always invest in other sources of incomes so I invest in private companies where there is offered some control to me the investor and I do not ever depend on any management team that does not offer me decision making power such as in publicly traded companies.

I'm not "The Man" to these educated urban people, and I don't play up my "power".

It's losing because along with the power of leverage, comes the exponential power of using the same money over and over...never spending it. 

Sometime we really unerestimate the power and strength of financial traps, take heed, they can be deadly.
