Don't Go To The Expensive Neighborhoods unless you dont want your phone to ring.  

No, nothing big happened yet, like closing deals or anything BUT the phone has been ringing steadily and I finally have 3 houses with one under contract and being marketed now.

It's largely about your priorities.If lead generation is your focus, you need to do what's necessary to make the phone ring with the right prospects.

As I get tired during the day, I can take breaks, and stop working when I am worn out....Right now, when the phone rings people have emergency calls that need to be done "right now" around the clock and it is very hard to say no to people.

My goal is to get my phone ringing with motivated sellers.

Instead, I found the rotted remains of an old galvanized wash tub (the surviving bottom ring barely visible in the pic here).

Get that Aggie Ring - it will open doors for you!  

Those do include all types of calls (angry, curious, tire-kickers, quality), but it gets your phone ringing which is the goal.Happy investing!
