Since you have the option, I'd go for Palm Beach (look at Port St Lucie or pretty much anywhere near Palm Beach.

Then, you find like in Port Charllote and Homestead Florida, where the hurricanes completely wiped out the communities, you have the vultures sweeping in to snatch up the lots to build on as if nothing happened.
