I will also be experimenting with permaculture/urban meadows and various ways to completely automate the AirBnB system, and passively cultivating fruits/vegetables on autopilot mode so as the mortgage decreases the amount of free food produced increases.

Though one thing to note is Silicon Valley and automation disrupting major industries and putting downward pressure on wages across the board which one would think would eventually have to limit the ridiculous entry level home prices in places like Los Angeles & Orange County CA.

It will depend on automated underwriting results.

I was fine with them following their regular screening process, I just didn’t want to worry about paying rent monthly, at the time this place took payment by check monthly, they didn’t have an online or automated option.

Excel can do the same thing as QB as far as automated calculations if you set up the formulas in advanced.

I’ve used other CRM’s before even the free podio version and my business wasn’t really automated leads were falling through the crack.
