i have three days to decide, so any help is appreciated. i know its a little late. i went to see them a few days ago, and it seemed fine, then all these things started popping up. get in a car and drive the neighborhood at various hours. before you sign the lease!

Car parts , motors , fenders , bicycles , all junk , but its all metal .  

The two neighbors that we've met have both complained about them, saying they smoke marijuana in the garage and are generally "rowdy" (kids throwing rocks at cars, garage seems to be some sort of default "hangout") in an otherwise nice family neighborhood.

I went 20 years and never took a vacation, or bought a new car, or even a fancy house.

I wear sweatpants and a t-shirt pretty much every day of my life, could care less about driving a fancy car.

We do not get snow but a lot of the new units in the area are going to higher amenities which includes 1 car garage, granite , etc.
