Note: Not an attorneyDepending on type of trust, living trust is for passing stuff down, the other trusts for anonymity in 2024 you will need to disclose who you are anyways and unless you are a family member of Adam Levine then why do you need to hide your identity.

If you don’t have a local presence, you are a foreign entity (from the State’s point of view) so you basically have no rights.I think the point of filing a domestic entity that is owned by another LLC is for your anonymity.

(charge them a bit more for subleasing) That way you can charge thw corp for damages,  rent owed and not have to chase down anonymous rotating renters.
