Using multi-state LLC's and anonymity trusts will cause a serious pain for anyone researching you.PLEASE UP VOTE IF YOU LIKED THIS POST 

If you don’t have a local presence, you are a foreign entity (from the State’s point of view) so you basically have no rights.I think the point of filing a domestic entity that is owned by another LLC is for your anonymity.

(charge them a bit more for subleasing) That way you can charge thw corp for damages,  rent owed and not have to chase down anonymous rotating renters. 

This will provide me anonymity as the owner if somebody looks up the LLC or my name.
