I have no problem with reimbursing a tenant for $10 worth of mouse traps, especially if a woman will be living there without her husband. 

I am married to a woman and I have a daughter that is going to the University of Arkansas.  

I had a brain and stroke in December of 2010 and did not expect it but I am married to a woman that is still taking care of me.  

This is not Louisiana in the 1980s when a married woman had to get her husband's permission to do anything with any real estate she owns.At the closing table, she is going to sign a promise stating that she intends to move in within 60 days, and live there as her primary residence for a year.
