I've watched youtube, and read blogs, but finally decided to jump in.So one of the things I've been doing is looking over the MLS, and specifically trying to find properties that already have tenants, and are within my price range (leveraged cash deal). 

I been listening to Bigger Pockets Podcast, watching their youtube videos, and reading up on the Ultimate Guide to Real Estate for Beginner book... anything else I should do?

What brought me to BiggerPockets (found out about them on YouTube)  was my desire for building long term wealth and greater cash flow.I'm primarily interested in buying and holding multifamily properties, collecting rent for cash flow.

I have seen countless videos on YouTube about the power of real estate investing and am looking to try my hand at it.

I've been listening to BP podcast and watching some YouTube videos from BP and others to see how to start, to see if it's for us, to see how to make it workLooking forward to meeting others making money in real estate in the area whether through a BP meet-up, or a local REIA meet-up.

However, he gives most of his knowledge away for free on Propelio TV via YouTube.
