I assume that the blue is water and I hope all those strange textured roofs are solar panels.I'd love to see what it looks like from the inside.The owner wanted it to blend in.

We plan to manage them for the first few years but not too long down the line I'd consider a property manager.I've been chipping off a thick 70's texture from the walls and we just discovered a badly rotten sill plate so I'm thinking less about granite counters today :) Still on that note, it's a very tiny kitchen so it seems worth considering for $1,400 installed.

The refinery makes jet fuel and diesel fuel. 

It is not permitted but it was done well (walls have been textured nicely, no holes in the walls, floorboards installed, decent light fixture).  

I attended the last week Jet Lending Monthly Wednesday meeting at RedNeck country club.

The bathroom has a jetted tub and all the tile work was like that.

Or apply drywall or sprayable texture on one interior wall in each room followed by paint.

Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock and texturing, or handyman skills.

This included things like installing transition pieces in the doorway between laminate and wood flooring "because the change in surface texture was a tripping hazard", replacing a concrete slab in the drive (Which the tenants do not use) because there were cracks, scraping and repainting minor cracked/peeling paint in the halls "because it was a health hazard", installing GFI outlets which the other landlord had never been cited for, and a number of other things that clearly had not just developed since the previous inspection.
