Not gonna hit Grand Slams unless ya caught the lows in ‘09-‘12 and stumbled upon a gentrifying neighborhood.

My question is where might I find a contract and what other hiccups may I stumble across when trying to sell to the new buyer?

I keep stumbling across properties that might cash flow in Killeen, but I would prefer Bastrop. 

I have some savings, but the deals I’ve been involved in I have no money in and mostly deal with contractors and the tenants and all the other odds and ends.I want to have more capital to become a more valuable asset to future partners and I stumbled across wholesaling.

Hello BiggerPockets members, I recently stumbled across BiggerPockets and the idea of Real Estate investing.

I stumbled across this company the other day and it really got me thinking of the possibilities.
