Unless you are doing something time sensitive (i.e. buying properties at auction or buying tax liens) it is easier and potentially safer to work directly with a self-directed IRA provider.

Just wanted to drop a note to make sure that the person you hire does appropriate subfloor assessment / prep - LVP can be very sensitive to imperfections in the subfloor, and from what I've heard, not all installers will account for that.
