I'd politely tell her that if she isn't happy there (which seems to be the case) you will give her the one time option of breaking her lease without penalty if she moves out within 30 days (eg Nov 15) and that she has until Oct 15 to decide if she will be staying or not.I agree with Kevin about phoning and then follow up with a brief summary of what you talked about via text.A lot of people here own a few places (not dozens) and most of us also have full time day jobs, so balance the two. 

SEO is at least a 6 month project that will cost a minimum of 2k a month and it will never get you top 3 results.  

We have been renovating each apartment 1 by 1 as tenants move out and renting the apartments for $1,800 ($18,000 projected gross monthly income).  

Just remember ground up type project deals can sometimes have the fattest projections but also the most variables and risk.

While there clearly is the possibility to make money in Somalia, given the things like coups, islamic terrorists, political instability, rampant crime, and lack of personal safety, the risks seem to far outweigh the rewards. 

We like this idea, and we currently rent, so it wouldn't be hard to move in 6 months, but how beneficial is house hacking on a project like this?

I’m hopeful going into this slow season  because I have traction and great SEO optimization but can’t give any sort of projection at the moment.
