@Sharmika M. sorry we have an area that we refer to by the same name up around Redondo Beach and Manhattan beach.

I see foreclosure/short sales in my neighborhood in the $700k range and I don't live in Manhattan or a hip part of BK. 

There can be some great multi unit options in the Long Beach area which is definitely more affordable than places like Manhattan Beach and El Segundo.  

Property is in New York, Long Island about 35 miles east of midtown Manhattan.
