I’ve had 2 x $30k plus claims and both were handled without any interaction on my part. 

I passed on doing this with my first purchase, as the owner actually didn't want anyone interacting with the tenants. 

I can't remember the exact number but it takes a few interactions with a prospective seller before they turn to you for business.

Our website simply does a great job showing we are real, and a pleasure to deal with.When people like us, they will frequent our website, stay on it, interact on it, book mark us, and Google rewards us for doing so.It is that simple!
