I wholesale myself and I dislike when people give wholesalers a bad name by not working seriously and with integrity.

Maybe a taste of the medicine is what that neighbor needs.

I recently spent several hours writing down my very specific real estate goals, and also the "why" behind my goals...I plan to hang them inside my medicine cabinet and read them aloud every day to keep my eye on the ball like Grant.

It is also integrated with Zillow and bestplaces.net in order to provide info on city prices an values, rental market, economy, crime rates schools ratings, cost of living etc.

Quickbooks is great b/c not only does it allow you to collect rent, but also:- Provided by Intuit, a brand name that most tenants have heard of and therefore trust- Integrates seamlessly with your overall accounting, so you keep clean books/tax records.- Allows you set up recurring transactions so you and your tenants never forget.

I work in medicine and don't plan to quit my job anytime soon. 

Integrity, is key factor in order to be a superstar, as a wholesaler you can't receive something from an investor and just give it to a different investor, that's just wrong.

Given medicine is my profession and not finances, this is all simply my humble opinion.

As a wholesaler, the final buyers interest are also important because they need to be treated w the same honesty and integrity as the seller.
