A company comes out twice a year and inspects the AC and replaces the filter (very important if in a high temperature area), inspects the plumbing and electrical, and provides feedback regarding any potential issues.

I am located in PA and trying to learn what I can remotely and would really appreciate some feedback from those already investing there.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $475,000

Duplex, move in ready, one side had a renter. Was very easy to find a renter for the other side.

I personally don’t have anything written regarding repair processes because that can be pretty situational but my owners are always aware of costlier issues, myself and my team are open books and they all have access directly to me or my husband/co-owner.You bring up really good points and I'm grateful for your feedback on this.
