My fiancée and I are trying to decide how we would like to approach a house hack in the Denver metro area.Where have you found the most success listing your rooms?

It was definitely one of if not the hardest things that I have ever had to do considering I did most of the renovations either by myself or with my fiancée, but ultimately was very fulfilling and well worth it.

I happen to be a Pen-Fed customer, mainly for their Visa gas card, 5% cash back :), so would be excited to learn that relationship may pay off in another manner.

My fiancee's family is down there and I would enjoy learning more about how the BPers think about SoCal/Riverside County market.

There are single family homes that might profit more than multi family and visa versa.

Some markets are flush with 2/1 and the rents are soft and have longer vacancy; or visa versa.
