Why on earth would anyone choose to own rentals in The People's Republic of Seattle anymore?

What if you just simply give him ALL of his money back via check, no explanation, mailed via certified mail, then disappear off the face of the Earth? 

CA is always threatened by earth quake on the other hand.I am going to donate tomorrow at Starbucks.

@Nishi Lagoo    Setting the other issues aside, and without knowing anything about the property, I'm pretty confident that there's no way on God's green Earth that you're going to get $1800-$1900 in rent for that.A house with a market value of $185,000 is a lower average nothing particularly special about it house in Houston.

Is anyone considering investing in Mexico City after the earthquake? My uncle lives there and I wanted to see what everyone thought.

Maybe they should advertise it as an "Earth home"?
