Roofer recommendations Buffalo NY

Hi, I am having trouble finding roofers for a house that has some unique circumstances in Buffalo, NY. Does anyone have a recommendation for a reasonable reliable roofing service? I have obtained one quote for $23k on a house that only cost $75k and is about 2000 Sq feet. Seems to be about double what I expected to pay.
