Thanks If you are looking at class A-B, the suburbs are a better bet dollar for dollar. 

FYI - I checked with my insurers about increasing the coverage values, and I was told by the agent that is the value their construction cost algorithm shows and, while my choice, I would overinsure by paying for more coverage.On the surface, it's great insurance - more coverage for less premium.

Therefore, there is no frost depth protection (heaving and thawing, etc.).I am unfamiliar with the construction approach.

I'd bet any local University has classes applicable to commercial RE investing and management, audit the course instead of attending for a grade, much cheaper

The investors that I work with value our process because they can get a New Construction investment property that is ready on their time line.
