Is there a name for this kind of lending partner?

Don't hold back, I'm open to all kinds of feedback.

You really need to buy the right kind of property in the right place.I'm not sure what you mean by type of broker.

These don't look like the kind of numbers where people are just going to dump this valuable resource. 

If I can break it still, what does that look like, and are there standards on kinds of concessions for having done so (like giving them 2 months to find another place, those 2 months on my dime, etc.).  

That kind of thing happened after 2008 and in some highly distressed submarkets thereafter but I haven't heard of anything like that recently.As for the difference, are you referring to the county's assessed value? 

Would love someone to kind of walk me through some pointers!

There are other lenders that will do that kind of loan, talk to a mortgage broker instead of a bank.2.

I want to help people if they succeed I succeeded, the more people that I do the more it’ll pay me back in terms of how the network works if somebody can afford a probably give me a call because I help them out, etc. etc. so just be quiet and stay in your lane because people like trolls just stay in bed  I’m trying to be kind to people who want to get into this business and I don’t wanna die for anybody ever.

I will say that NO agent I've ever worked with was 'worthy' of that kind of $$ for the 'less-than-stellar, but adequate' work they did selling a property of mine, and at least one of those was "agent of the year".
