There is a casino/thousands of homes slated and under way kind of nearby.

In LAS VEGAS tons but the average rate for out of casino venues is between 5-10k.

If your heart melts every time someone tells you they lost their paycheck at the casino, you may not be cut out to be a hands-on landlord.

For close proximity to San Juan and the tourist mainstays: casino, beaches and other entertainment the Condado area is ideal for a condo, multifamily or apartment but limited on the deals at the moment.   

@Saul Trejo I'd recommend closely following any information that comes out about the south suburban casino.

I might note that in addition to suggesting a possible slot of open house times, there are some software options out there which allow you to schedule showings immediately after you've listed the unit, and it allows you the ability to also auto-request applications (keeps everything easy and in one place - so listing, tenant screening applications, leases and other tools like rent collection and maintenance tracking just to keep the process seamless); would be happy to share more info. 

The issue isn't with the hard money lenders so much, it's with the market turning into a casino more and more.... and the fact that I was looking to lifestyles to provide me with ALL my deals.

You will only make a small percentage of each sale....but youll have leads coming in quicker..and they will slot you into their machine and get you earning money quicker.
