Staying involved in a business partnership while dissolving the marriage will rarely work.If you split the properties, I recommend hiring a good property manager.

If the cleaner is making so much money, maybe you can start your own cleaning business or figure out how to partner with your current cleaner.

They do a good job of regularly releasing episodes and they frequently talk about starting out with their initial capital pool and growing their business. 

Clear out that line of credit and finish the apartment and move on to flips and try to focus on short term money and my business because I already have a couple of rentals set up for long term wealth.

Get familiar with the laws in the state you will conduct business in.

My company is licensed in 31 states for owner occupied loans (check my profile) and I can lend in 45 states for business purposes loans (nonQM and dscr loans).
