Sessions will reinforce Short-Term Rental Ordinance passed earlier this year.$250 annual permit, reinforce various rules of the road with your renters, owner/designated agent needs to be readily available during any rental, reinforce (maybe expand upon?) 

Here are a few examples of roles/areas of assistance for BPCON2023:- stuffing swag bags- managing the swag bag station at check-in- assisting at registration- scanning badges at breakout sessions - changing out signage between sessions and events

Most will give you a free hour session to gain your business. 

My office has a big training room where we can hold a monthly or bi-weekly sessions. 

If it is hair or toys or paper products, and within five feet of the fixture; or before any point where another unit or home joins a common line, as long as the condition of the line itself is not the cause of "catching" the debris; or if the line itself is bellied, broken, or has root intrusion.It may be educational to sit in on a couple LL/Tenant Court sessions to see how the local Courts rule on "wear and tear" vs. damage.

As a LL, you have a big target on your back...you are offering costly goods and services to the Public, THEY will often be the ones that hold YOUR feet to the fire...with free legal aid and advocates.If you do not already understand the fundamental systems in your property, you will have expensive learning sessions with plumbers, electricians, HVAC people, carpenters and installers.

It's basically a pitch and wants  session.

This created all sorts of headaches as the guy that rented my place had scheduled movers, couldn't extend the lease where he was even for a week...etc.My contractors endedup doing a 24 hour marathon session to finish the place.
