That's a great starting place.Also, look for landlord association meetings in your area and attend to learn the vocabulary and laws.The best way to learn is to do, so owning rentals is the best class in property management!

So, make sure your closing agent will do whichever type of transaction you're planning to do.You need to be attending local REIA and real estate investor meetings to get local information and to learn who you should be using in your area.Good luck to you!
