It amazes me the buyers almost never ask whether or not the tenants are current.

I found BP, been devouring the amazing podcasts and resources, went to a local meet up and am beyond inspired and motivated to take action.

If you can find a condo with an active HOA and one that has a healthy reserve and is run well, condos are amazing investments.

when I think about it , it's amazing that both in your experience and mine each rep and supervisor tried to find a reason for the "violation" and INVENTED one, each different, instead of saying "I don't know.

A Boston multi would be amazing, but I'm not there from a capital stand point to be comfortable with the investment.

And thus I have to find other financial mean, outside of my career, to find the means to make sure he has what he needs.It amazes me how many different paths can be set upon with REI, the question is always 'which is the right path for me?'.
