I highly recommend finding some events to go to on meetups.com/Facebook/your local REIA website.

There are some pretty big names on this website that expressed interest in buying something in my market, only to change their mind and disappear.

I like the fact that REsimpli has a website feature but plan going with Carrot for that and that might be another post to see which seems better and for what reasons.

So I have to find another insurance company which may cost more.These came from a Landlord website, I forget which one.....just search it.

In fact, one article I read claimed that 1/3 of luxury purchases this year closed for cash..It can be frustrating for a buyer to invest (usually months) scrolling real estate websites, (or weeks if you read our newsletter :) but in all seriousness I would say for every two offers made, one transaction ultimately closes.

Although RV’s are a horrible investment there are also websites that will rent out the RV’s for you.
