Best method I’ve found is to pound the pavement and look around in person.While you can find excellent deals on occasion and cashflow like crazy, it is really still a small town type of place and being there and having the personal connections goes a long way here.

It's cool that they're fast and yeah they can tow as well but try towing a 12,000 pound backhoe far with it and I bet that 500 mile range drops significantly and quickly.

If you really want to find off market deals, you will be spending a lot of time pounding the pavement knocking on doors.
