When I started listening to the podcast back in 2014 I had about nothing except a desire to learn.It took me a few years but the first househack I bought in 2016 in Minneapolis changed my life.

Our family is spread out in Atlanta/ Chicago/ Minneapolis so we probably wouldn't self manage right away.Also, with the pandemic I'm curious if demand has been picking up on the rental as well as the buying side. 

Has anyone had experience buying property and flipping it/renting it out in North Minneapolis?
