I havent done much insurance work , the numbers are lower than working for Harry Homeowner that wants an improvement . 

@Theresa Harris - I beg to disagree...It is a problem everyday when they see a house 50% bigger than theirs and on a better street (in the same hood) asking for $2.3M and sit on the market for months....
