Real Estate Investment is one of the most fascinating games in the world.

I'm an electrician by trade but the life of being involved in real estate just fascinates me to no end.

I want a woman who will live with me in a cardboard box on the side of a freeway ramp because she loves me or finds something fascinating about my jokes, personality or toothless smile.

oh now i get it..you are just trying to be a smart *** :) well since anything i say you'll say is risky, seems like a set up to me..hwoever i'll add that holding a note is riskier than taking the cash..who the heck knows the position of the seller..maybe she wants to retire and move to greece..like i said, knowing that would help

I know next to nothing and have little interest, but I found your post fascinating.  

I have always been fascinated by it for a couple of reasons:1.

I have been completely fascinated by the Real Estate industry for a number of years but, never made the right moves into actually pursuing those ambitions (lets call this REI fear).

My wife was born in Greece.
