no I don't I use Zillow and realtor.com which as you may or may not know really don't have all the properties that are out there for sale for some reason My wife and I enjoy driving in the countryside and anytime I see a sign on something I might be interested in I just called the agent it takes time but I'm pretty obsessed with it so it's all enjoyable to me

I build and race cars when i can but also enjoy supporting my friends and other car enthusiast from minor work to some amazing restorations.

But then I found a really fun card and I enjoyed building my credit.  

They enjoy doing that type of stuff.If someone is an investor then look at an investment company that has a license with low fees.   

I had some serious enquiries, so I accepted one and then built the cabin the day before they arrived :)Since then I've been hosting on Airbnb and performing music and really enjoy the vacation rental thing SO much more than traditional land-lording.  

My father is in the real-estate game and with the previous experience I got, I've realized that this is definitely something i enjoy and would like to pursue.For the passed 3 months I have been concentrating on increasing my real estate investing knowledge daily through books (7), many podcasts and articles as well as youtube videos.

I would be tempted to give my 7 year tenants a parting gift card to a restaurant to enjoy during their stressful move.
