After doing some research I see three options:1) Put her on the lease and have her pay fair market rent (same as other girls) to our LLC.2) Do not put her on the lease and only make the lease between us and the four other girls and reduce the rent on the lease to reflect what those girls are paying and move ahead considering it as a rental property for tax purposes.I've read that certain situations can make a rental be considered personal use.

It is the guy/girl that have been doing it and building the business for years.

If you do not identify everyone on the lease now those 17 year olds will become 18, and add their girl/boy friend to the household...and then their babies. 

One young girl met all the stated requirements, I told her that, and she submitted the application.

This means that a tenant must file a claim within four years.We rented only one unit under Section 8 to a young girl.
